So I’m not traveling with work anywhere near like I did last year [as in the most I was home at a stretch was what..3, 4 weeks at the most?]. I’ll be honest, I kinda liked the income that went with that. I’m off again this week before the labor day weekend, destination: Nevada. Realistically, like with all trips I take for work, there’ll be little time to do anything but work. Not that I don’t try, because it would be a shame to be in these places and not try to go see something, get a snapshot of you actually being there.

I promised Rex I’d gamble $20 for her and see what I can make of it. She didn’t know I knew how to play Blackjack. Ironically it was one of the first card games I learned how to play. So maybe when I get back and share highlights of the trip I can report on that $20 for Rex and the $20 I plan on burning for myself. I’ll cut myself off when I start saying $5 for my aunt’s cousin’s brother’s uncle, twice removed.
